Appendices, reconciliation BS
Reconciliation BS - Appendices is located under both Period closing and Year-and closing.
Under Reconciliation BS - Appendices, you work with appendices that facilitate both calculations and reconciliations for your accounts.
You can use main appendices, sub-appendices, external appendices and automatically generated appendices.
You can choose from the View list whether you want to see Accounts or Appendices in the overview window on the left.
- Accounts shows all accounts that have appendices attached to them. Clicking on each account will show all the appendices created for that account.
- Appendices shows all created appendices in the overview window.
Under Reconciliation BS and Analysis IS, you can change the order of appendices in open periods by dragging and dropping them in the order you want them. When you create new periods, the order will be the same in the new period.
