Tax & Annual accounts
Change company type
This topic is for you who work with Tax & Annual accounts as an accounting office.
To change the customer type, you first need to reset the company from Maintenance - Reset data. Then you can switch in Practice management and restart Tax & Annual accounts. It is a bit special when you are switching to or from Private Individual. See below.
- In Practice management, go to Maintenance - Collaborations.

Select the customer you wish to edit.

Click on the End collaboration button in the bottom left corner.

Go to Customers - Customer information and change from Privatperson to Enskild firma from Type of company.

Go to the Collaborations tab for the customer.

Select Tax & Annual accounts and start the new collaboration by clicking Read more and then Activate.
- Start Tax & Annual accounts.
The menu and functionality is adjusted to the existing company type.
The year in which you wish to start working as a sole trader must not already be included in the period of your previous sole proprietorship. If there is a year since before, it must be removed before you make the change. You can remove financial years from Maintenance - Settings - Financial Years.
- In Practice management, go to Maintenance - Collaborations.

Select the customer you wish to edit.

Click on the End collaboration button in the bottom left corner.

Go to Customers - Customer information and change from Enskild firma to Privatperson from Type of company.

Go to the Collaborations tab for the customer.

Select Tax & Annual accounts and start the new collaboration by clicking Read more and then Activate.
- Start Tax & Annual accounts.
All old data will be preserved in read only mode. The menu and functionality is adjusted to the existing company type.
