Customer or company?

You may have noticed that we sometimes use the word customer and sometimes company in our texts. This is because you can use Tax & Annual accounts in two different ways.

When you work in an accounting office

As an accounting office, you handle your clients' financial statements, tax returns and annual reports. You can access their information by opening the company via a collaboration from within Practice management. From there, you will see the details of the particular client company you are working with.

When you run your own business

If you are working on your own company's financial statements, tax return or annual report instead, log in directly via My Spiris. Your company's details will then be displayed.

Therefore, both menus and texts may differ depending on your role and how you use the function.
