Help with calculating your company's climate impact?

To use all the great features of Visma eEkonomiKlimatrapport Pro, you need to upgrade to Visma eEkonomi Pro.

To upgrade to Visma eEkonomi Pro from within your application, select Apps and extensions - Extensions - Upgrade your program.

Why should you as a company be aware of your climate impact?

In addition to the obvious benefits for our planet, active climate work is key to a successful business. Companies who measure their climate impact and strive to decrease it are more competitive in procurements, have more loyal employees and will have their brand strengthen.

With increased sustainability requirements from the surrounding world, it is becoming increasingly common to evaluate suppliers based on their climate impact. In the coming years, legislation will also make climate reporting mandatory. By starting today, you and your company will gain an advantage and future-proof your business.

Use our climate report to get a quick overview of your company's climate impact, by using the accounting data in Visma eEkonomi Smart. The calculation is fully automated and you can compare your climate impact between the current and previous financial year.

You get insights on how to reduce your climate footprint and you can balance your emissions by financing certified climate projects directly in the service. Furthermore you will get a summary of your climate impact in a ready-made climate report that you can share with your customers.

To buy the climate report extension, go to Apps and extensions in the left hand menu. Once you have completed your purchase, you can access the climate report by selecting Go to service. A new window will open and the service starts collecting all completed transactions and information about your suppliers from Visma eEkonomi Smart.

The Klimatrapport automatically reads all purchases from your accounting and matches the data against emission values from Statistiska Centralbyrån. In this way, your company's climate impact can be calculated. The more accurately recorded transactions, the more detailed the result.

To complete the calculation, you need to provide information about your premises and any vehicles/machinery. For key figure calculations, the number of employees per financial year must also be specified.

The Klimatrapport is based on the most widely accepted standard for climate reporting: the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.

The advantage of calculating costs is that it provides a comprehensive picture of your company's climate impact. The Klimatrapport examines all your purchases and calculates the costs that are estimated to have a climate impact, such as purchases of products and services. Costs that do not have a climate impact for the company are excluded, such as wages, pensions, and taxes. The Klimatrapport also does not include the climate impact of your revenues or outgoing flows.

Note that you must follow the Swedish BAS chart of accounts for the climate report to be calculated correctly.

In both versions of the Visma eEkonomi Klimatrapport, you will get an overview of your company's climate impact and a downloadable report to share with customers, suppliers, and employees. Additionally, you will receive practical tips for reducing your company's climate impact and the possibility to balance your footprint by financing certified climate projects.

In the Klimatrapport Pro, you have the possibility to delve deeper into the numbers and supplement the categorization of your bookkeeping for a deeper level of understanding. In addition to an expanded report in PDF format, you can also download an Excel version.
