K10 for partners in close companies, Saved amount limit tab

When you work on your K10 appendix, you will need to fill in any dividend space saved from the previous year. You can do this easily under the tab Saved limit amount.

Have you sold shares during the year? Not a problem! When you register a disposal under the Events tab, we automatically calculate new threshold amounts based on your specified distribution and sale dates.

Of course, you can always make your own adjustments to the saved space - but this is only necessary in special cases. You can adjust the amounts both before and after the end of the year. Remember to enter minus in front of the amount to be deducted.

Manual adjustments

In some situations, you may need to make a manual adjustment to your saved dividend space in the K10 appendix:

In the case of a gift or inheritance

Have you received shares or units by inheritance or gift after the company has already distributed money during the year? In this case, you will need to add the saved dividend space that comes with the shares. Enter the amount on the line Other adjustments after this year's dividend.

In the case of a house sale

If you sold a property in your close company where you lived yourself, it may also require a manual adjustment.

Multiple transactions in the same year

Have you or a close relative made several sales or taken several dividends in the same year? You may also need to adjust the amounts manually to get the right calculation.
